no, it was actually the first time it has happened.

 

Oct. Nat-Gas now down .388 to 7.555 after trading as low as 7.40

Crude Oil down -$4.43 to 111.03 with a low of 110.60

And all that hype around this hurricane being nothing less than a CAT 4....

So who makes the call to open a market early? The people who profit most from it, eh?
