My observation is that people who are the most rabid about racial equality have deep seated issues about their own racial prejudices that they cannot face.

Hence they tend to be the biggest racists, more racist than those who can admit that as human beings we all have racial biases.

 

Right. Meanwhile those who make racist comments are the least racist.

My bro, I've been volunteering to tutor refugees since I was a teenager. I didn't need to wait until I "made it".

I'm not sure I have biases in my old age, because I have seen enough of life to think that everyone has problems. I don't need to add to the problems of others.
