    Interesting logic, only a "guru" would make such decision.

    However, your decision to trade patterns that are not good at all actually makes very good sense . . . because the sooner you blow your account the sooner you’ll be out of your misery. :)

    It comes down to risk. In good patterns, you can take on higher risk and aim to earn double what you were risking. Otherwise, you should just risk 2%, as was the case here, and target a 1% return on investment (ROI)."

    You’re saying that you risk 2% on patterns that are not good at all, and you target 1%.

    In other words, you’re aiming for ‘0.5 Reward to Risk ratio "on patterns that are not good at all" (in your own words).

    In trading it’s called eating like a bird, and pooping like an elephant :)
