PP6 PP6a Trough time. there is NO acceleration here. All you do is get three consecutive bar troughs. Three T1's give you the PP6 three T2P's give you the PP6a. QED.
Oh for illustrations, you draw on the page you printed what I wrote. Scan and post it if you will. better still do annotating and find these guys and post them. Voting is open anyone postt any EE they know of. Lets make the most of this weekend and have our EE three ring done by this evening.
Back to doing the annotating. Make a box with T1 in it and point below with an arrow. Here is the ray convention: P1 heliotrope known as pink P2 green T2P red T2F blue In price bookmark Dark green rtl thin line (black) top an bottom of lat lite purple
Great idea. Type so people can cut and paste onto 3 by 5 cards. their children can do it. Skip the numbers. Add surge and PRV also we are beginning the End Effects 3 ring binder. I have created about 10 pages of 35 so far.
RE RE RE review. We use price to get permission. the three step volume test procedure gets bars named and annotated with rays and a T1 in a box. we look for PP's by finding SHAPES. Other EE's are there too. As the trend develops, at P2 we have A band. As other bars are named other bands appear one at a time in a specific sequence. Only the EE's of the band can appear at these band specific times. All the OOE's are kicking in. We constantly steer and focus on a few things bar by bar. In PP arena we have aceleration, btweeners, OB EE's, and the shrinking volume tripples. It is coming into view. 35 EE's 14 are in the PP sub set. those not explained happen very rarely. we can pick them up later. So the A band has 8. Aa through Ah. 8 posts coming up A band is when P2 comes up and THEN more bars after P2. 7 of the 8 are HVBO. High Volume BreakOuts. More volume than the A band volume range. One is Ab the LVBO. so 14 plus 8 is 22 out of 35. the 13 remaining are spread all over the bands B through H. (your third sheet. the major clue to gettting EE's is to know he band in effect for the bar you are measuring.. In trends you first get volume elments and the OOE of volume elments gives you the EE turns. as you learn permission by price, then you learn volume ooe's and then you learn band OOE's and the turns (EE's) in the bands. This is equivalent to learning to read in first second and third grade. After one learns to read, reading is used as a tool for other purposes. So in the days 1, 2 and three we learned to read markets.
FAILSAFE REVIEW here are the EE's for failsafe. we always do the annotations (BM and rtl) to be able to interject these EE/s http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/attachment.php?s=&postid=3831336 This sheet is like the others to show specificity.
Band Aids I am going to post the EE's in the bands. I posted a list of the upper and lower limits of each band. Now that you are doing the volume test procedure to annotate and log volume elements, their rays have a specific purpose. the purpose is to establish bands in volume. All of this is "contextual". context in trading is a very superior tool. Most experts of any strategy or plan use context to kep out of trouble. What is trouble? As in Center City, trouble is always a concern. Often it is said that the market has something that is preventing high performance. Well as in Center City, it is the eye of the beholder that is not cool. Many mediocre traders see that a given thing occurs and it provides different results. They do not hve any context in which to judge and they keep trying harder to avoid learning about context. If you do not understand context you are screwed as a trader. We in this work use shells of context. We use an onion approach. In the attached from doaks, you see the first bands come and go. P1 and T1 define A band top and bottom repsctively. P2 could be in or out of A band. A geomtric trend is established by P2. B band comes into effect with the advent of T2P. See crosshatched zone. C band is between T2P and T2F. it is shaded in blue. we do not use D and E but they are inside of the Blue. F band is both above and below the shown bands. Four mini zones apply. Once you understand the concept of zones and begin to use them, then they show "context".
Need some price-case help for ES on Thursday, 12/19/13, first 10 bars. My brain went haywire.... Bar colors are "wrong" for price-case matching. Maybe I need more nog. Chart with my annotations attached. Thanks in advance for a nudge.
You have a sheet for all the b through K bands. Here is a run down on these 12 EE's found in various non A bands. I will do A band last. Ba and Bc Ba is common and Bc is not seen. Ba is found when P1<P2 Or int UL AND the volume is between P2 and T2P. If P2<P1, the Bc volume is between P2 and P1.
