Latmanship Here is a view of lats. Al lats begin with internals: sym, FTP, FBP or Hitch Lat 3 is defined by the exquation posted by hero (thank you). The equation says that (degapped) the next two bars are in the shadow of bar 1. So a lat is a three bar elment or case. The test changes on bar four to a close of bar only test. The close has to be inside. INSIDE includes EQUAL as a limit in all cases (degapped). As you see lat 4 and onward is named as a retro for each volume bar. therefore, some EE's are found in a retro effort. Our goal is to trade in a hold and reversal strategy. We have trouble filling in the MA part of MADA on the log. Over the years I have posted many highly annotated charts to get over this hump. Also I have spent a week coaching through 20 bars starting just one day. This time we got through logging "permission" to measure volume quite effectively. 25 log pages are now done and only messed up by small mistakes mostly having to do with poor platforms and no internal highliting. The three part volume test process is gaining understanding as a possible reasonable work effort. We add 81 bars a day so we always have fodder to work with.
See Post #8 of this thread. Please read through the material first if you are interested in participating, this way we will be able to avoid re-posting content that has already been covered. --- Brief Synopsis: Participants in the thread should be reviewing the content already posted in order to continue to store the topic in our LTM. Price Cases have already been thoroughly reviewed and five logs with Price Case and Volume permission should be completed for Dec. 16 - Dec. 20. We are in the process of refining our understanding of any small changes that need to be made in order to have perfect logs. Correct logs for the week will be posted in order to complete this process, and then the Volume Test Procedure and Chart Annotation drills will begin soon. The Volume Elements, Volume Bands, and posted End Effects should be reviewed in particular for this. I am going to begin creating pages for these information, and will post one or two of the pages I create tomorrow in order to receive feedback and provide an example for those interested in doing the same. Once again, thank you for the overwhelmingly positive response and diligent participation that we have received in this Journal from everyone so far. It has greatly exceeded my expectations. Merry Christmas!
