Market Scans and Sector rotation

Does anyone have some good free sites for Scanning the market and showing sector rotation?

you would never know it by the name but barchart.com is what a lot of guys I know use....check it out.

 

The 197 sectors that IBD uses can be done on excel quite nicely.
