I have heard/read volume profile is more relevant today than market profile, but I havent heard sufficient reasoning why this is the case. Thoughts?
market profile sometimes gets you the exact number and most times in the ballpark,so the gist is what you get .splitting hairs is irrelevant in it's case.. imo
Since they both are so similar or only variations of the same theme, I wouldn't think there would be that much difference.
