Our firm uses MP all the time b/c our boss used to use it to trade bonds. I wish I had the mastery of it that bolter did though.
I use it for everything basically. I determine my support and resistance levels from the key reference points. I also observe reactions at the key reference points and have defined certain reactions in which I look to take technical signals to time trades. My trend definition comes from shifting balance areas as well. I use previous day(s) levels to trade and my levels update as the day goes on.
cisco futures is a nice site and is filled with information but I wouldn't recommend using them as a data service. Why not use a software package that has profiles built in? Such as eSignal, Linnsoft, Sierra.
