Market Order Problems with IB

    Hi all,

    recently I've had some problems with Market Orders on IB platform. When I click the order it basically sits there and nothing happens.

    Just wondering if anyone else is having this problem.

    ozzy,
    I can't see any reports about this type of problem - I assume you are using the latest Java and a TWS newer than 831. If so, then just send the details to help @interactivebrokers.com subject: market order problem. Send as much info as you can provide - time of order, instrument, what color status it was, etc. You can also check your audit trails on your TWS to see whether that sheds any light on the issue.

    Ok. Sounds good. I think i'm using the latest of everything (I re-installed everything on the weekend). There's defenitely a problem, I'll let support know.
