Some cash buyers are scaling in QQQ- but they could do that all the way down to 50% or 80% level. Cramer maybe buying ''T'', but they were buying T @ $40, also, maybe for dividend....Like IBD[Investors Business Daily ] noted this week; ''Bears Had The Last Word'' NOT a prediction.
