? ? xxxskier I have that line set-up in the volume breakdown technical indicator with the settings of; [Delta(Buy-Sell)] Two-Color Line That should be all you need.
I have many Eurex instruments set-up with my Inv R/T and I did not have any problems.....what instruments are you not able to find the symbols for?
Tweaker, I am honoured that my comments have mtoivated you to make your first post after lurking on ET for over 2 years. With a name like that I guess you've been too busy doing Crystal Meth to make any informed and sensible contributions to our esteemed forum. Now as to the realtive merits of impugning my credibility - well let's just say it's not the smartetst thing you've done this month. Here's a plan, you get back under your rock, and we'll call you again in a couple of years. bolter
I'm talking about instruments that aren't part of the database, that you have to set up from scratch. But even the regular ones, if you want a certain number of days beyond the minimum, you have to jump through so many hoops. I like to be able to scroll the chart back and it continues fetching data. Also, I feel the whole "Press spacebar to download." is mocking me.
I see what you mean. I loaded up a "quote page" with all the symbols and market breadth right away for everything that I thought I may use eventually.....so I have not had a problem with this once the initial set-up was complete. Hitting the spacebar to download data can be a pain at times I suppose, but this is a stand alone charting platform that is having data fed to it from a different source. This part of the program may be simplified going forward and I agree that would make it more user friendly. Have you sent any e-mails to Linnsoft about the downloading of data issues you are having?
Bolter..............what was the computational errors you were finding during the week (you are using Esignal right?) with the delta? I will check and see if I can find the same errors with my DTN feed set-up.
Let me know what in the time and sales that was seen to be different than what you saw the delta computing...I want to go back and look at some of last weeks data that I save. Appreciate the heads up and I will try and see if I can find anything.
Please go into them....lets see what the problems are and then work on getting everything operating properly. Communication solves problems, not silence. This way we can all have some direct input to Trevor to get everything smoothed out and as user friendly as possible. I had a friend once that said he hated his new 911 because the clutch was too stiff.....unfortunately for him that is how porsche's are built. So some things we may be able to get resolved with MD and some we may not. I do think Trevor is the type that is conscience of good customer service so I will keep talking to him as I hope others will to.
