    Is this right? Correction, clarification, or explanation welcomed.

    NYSE Level 1 -- Level 1 data for a NYSE equities?
    AMEX Level 1 -- Level 1 data for an AMEX equities?
    NYSE Open Book -- the specialist's book?
    NASDAQ Level II -- market makers (only?)
    ARCA -- ecn book?
    NSDQ -- ecn book?
