I'm looking for a source for a computer file (format is irrelevant; spreadsheet, dbms or txt would be fine) with: long-term historical dates for (a) equity and futures market closings (US/EU/JP), (b) national holidays (same group), and (c) religious holidays (Christian & Jewish). Naturally, it is easy to find holidays and market closings for the past year or two, but I'm looking for data at least back to 1960, and preferably earlier. Any help will be most appreciated.
