is it just me or is the market noticeably slower after fed last week........ maybe everyone is waiting for super tues
Once the volatility dies down, the "artificial" liquidity returns. i.e. thousands of black boxes playing their games. This market cannot handle real selling as evidenced by the plunge between Dec 26th and the lows a few weeks back.
Only three other times in history have we seen a down NOV, DEC, and JAN since 1926. 1930 1932 1973-'74 Welcome to the club.
MARKETS, SPX, NDX, DOW are overbought. They will pullback for next 3- 5 days. The market is not selling off hard and fast like they were, but you never know for sure. VIX is at lower levels and may drop down further.
