Oanda is only FX I beileve Maestro. I trade Globex through IB and I have TS accounts too. I dislike the Forex (interbank) markets as I do not trust them and I believe there is to much corruption from firm to firm as they are not regulated strongly enough and I also hate the concepts of spreads as commissions.
