Anyone familiar with this election and the IRS deadline of April 17th? What are the benefits/reasons one would choose this election. What if I don't begin trading until say October of 2007, can I retroactively file for this election since the business didn't exist on the filing deadline? Also, anyone know how this relates to an LLC or sub LLC? Or can anyone recommend a person or firm who specializes in this kind of info? Thanks a lot.
