Murray i feel for the Jewish people and what they went through, but their heritage has little to do with the actions of his.
That cannot be justified when a man is using risk free term.

    ,,You're a terrorist ?
    - But i am using only a mechete & no bombs or guns.
    - Ok. Go to the plane. We got no time."

    ,,As risk free as possible"

    Srsly. People.

In my eyes he became a King of snake oil salesmans.

THAT sounds right; if that is in fact what he said??
Nor does what he said, remove the due diligence responsibility of buyer, or ''buyer beware''
IF he did say that\ a class action against him may be very painful??:caution::caution:

  7. Cuban cost a lot of people a lot of lost money with his iron finance fiasco. Just goes to show you, TV celebrities don't know shit about investing.

Timothy Sykes is another past TV show example, that just loses money for people. Sykes is a jew too, but I'm not going to be any less harsh than on the rest of the riff-raff peddling their day-trading bullshit.

Only defense I can give to Cuban, is technically he didn't say RISK FREE, he said 'almost' or 'closest to'. I am pretty sure his lawyer(s) will be focusing on those key words pretty closely.

I suggest you do your 'almost' due diligence people.
