You realize that, just before Madoff turned himself in, he visited Rich in Bern? The reason Rich, who is pardoned, won't come back is, he'd have to pay his taxes. That, and I believe he would face new charges. I wonder if the DOJ is going after UBS so hard just for the money, or for some payback.
