Marc Faber: Most scandalous interview ever

Discussion in 'Politics' started by bearice, Jan 26, 2011.

  1. I think main stream media (MSM) is blocking/hiding important information. I had sent "Ron Paul: "The U.S. Government Must Admit It Is Bankrupt" to almost all the reputed MSM but nobody posted this information on their website. The MSM are basically cowards/scared people.

  2. Of course they hide information. One of America's GREATEST problems is that the 4th Estate doesn't fulfill it's function... that is, report the truth... report the facts.

In addition to what they "slant and spin", they also censor... by not reporting things which don't reflect favorably upon Odumbo, his administration, or Democrats in general.

(Gee... if only Odumbo can shit down Fox News and the internet.. then we can have a Dark Side World... "Don't adjust your set. We will be in control of what you see. We will be in control of what you hear"... remember?)

  3. Oops... "shit" is supposed to be "shut". Kind of a Freudian slip... subconsciously typing "shit" when referencing Obama.

  4. The truth cannot be hidden forever. It will explode when the pressure exceeds maximum limit.

If somebody tries to stop/block lava/volcanic flow, the lava will make its other way and surface somewhere else.

  5. I agree with you. But allow me to add some stuff.

It all depends on what you call socialism & capitalism. More important is where we draw that line that divides them.

My whole family comes from Cuba. We lived under a strong fanatical communism totalitarian regime.

I live in the US and I find the system in place not to be capitalism, but corporatism. Full of big companies who control the government & world economies for their own private advantage.

Here In America people think of Europe as being semi-socialist or full socialist democratic nations. I have a big portion of my family living in Germany for decades now, and they would never call it socialism.

  6. Sure. Inevitable. But look at all the damage in the mean time. Damage which could... SHOULD.. have been avoided. And by "damage", could be IRREPARABLE... ECONOMIC, GOVERNANCE, WAY-OF-LIFE ALTERING DAMAGE... all of which might never have occurred had the hoi polloi been told the truth all along.

  7. Roark

    Roark

Obama thinks Austrian is a language. In response to an Austrian reportor's question, Obama replied:

“There’s a lot of -- I don’t know what the term is in Austrian -- wheeling and dealing, and people are pursuing their interests, and everybody has their own particular issues and their own particular politics.”

  8. Odumbo also sometimes slips and references the "57 States".

  9. Yes, and the recently released Fed minutes on January 26th contains the following:

"Although commodity prices have risen, longer-term inflation expectations have remained stable, and measures of underlying inflation have been trending downward."

"remained stable?" This has not been the case, the gas prices and food costs have gone straight UP.

"measures of underlying inflation have been trending downward?" the dollar is weak, the PURCHASING POWER of the U.S. consumer has been declining, and will continue to worsen with all the Fed's "money printing."

Yet the S&P near 1,300 and Dow over 12k, so keep watching TV (MSM), there is nothing wrong here folks, just move right along.

Here is the full text of the Fed minutes:

  10. Socialism is failing everywhere except Corporate America where welfare for the rich and powerful is in full swing. No accountability, no responsibility, no integrity, no nothing. And when their irresponsible actions blow up, they get a clean slate, a blank check to do it all over again, all on the backs of the working class, and of course blame the victims for their crimes against humanity. Socialism is alive and well in the boardrooms of Corporate America, except of course where profits are concerned. Then it's capitalism all the way.
