Lucy on the day she was dumped in front of my house. All the dogs loved her so she stayed; she is a great dog.

I don't know who dumped Lucy but I'm glad they did. My guess is somebody that shouldn't own a dog because they can't afford to spay them is the dumper.

 

True. I am glad that she's found a good forever home now.
