I have never dared to get a bird, I don't know enough about them and I am not sure I am a good fit. But they seem wonderful companions when one knows how to take care of them properly. I have a friend who is a vet and his medical office has so many birds just living there haha. It drives his cat patients crazy. The birds are thriving though.
Don't have a dog anymore, but if I did I would walk him in the park with one of those "werewolf muzzles."
Well, went with a rescue boy, and maybe add another Golden later. We think he is Husky/ Shepherd mix.
Owwwwwah. Look at those big ol' giant paws. He's a gonna be the best. He's a mix, they're the best. Just from that picture, somewhere in his family tree he's got a little Boxer in him. The ears, the snout, his coloring. But the eye's... yep... a little Huskie or Cattle Dog for sure. Doesn't matter.... You got a gem. See if his paws are webbed. Some are, some aren't. I bet his are. Edit: yeah... I can see the Shepard too. Have to see him standing. I hope he's not too high energy for ya. He's gonna be very energetic. Hopefully the Shepard/Boxer will kick in. Or you bring it out. Ya gotta work with em. Treats go a million miles.
I thought he looked more Boxer than Shepherd also. So far he is a ball of energy, but puppies, at least for us have always been a bit nutty. The bigger problem at the moment is me remembering that I need to work and not play with him all day! So far only 2 of out 5 pees have been outside, but at least he did it on the tile in the bathroom. Apparently not afraid of water as he got in the shower with the wife this morning. Ok, enough puppy talk, gotta work, gotta work gotta work.
