I've been watching ETFC lately & its price action at the end of the day is suspect to say the least. Today for instance on levelII at least 500k shares traded between 1.17 & 1.18 in the last 10 minutes of the day. Right at the close there were several 30k blocks on the bid & 1.17 & at 3:59:59 one block of 1k shares was sold at 1.15 resulting in a closing price 2 cents lower than it should of been. I've seen this happen at least 4 times in the last 2 weeks & with such a low stock price 2 cents is actually a big deal. Anyone else notice this happening in heavily shorted stocks?
