I have a pdf that does not have rights enabled. Is there anyway that i can do things like highlight, bookmark and comment on it ??
A. Copy and paste it into word. B. Take a picture of it using Windows 7 "snipping tool". C. Get a demo of Adobe Acrobat. D. There are free web programs to go from Word back to pdf documents.
