I linked to a motion which pointed out that there are over 1000+ items of evidence against Manafort in the collusion trial but Cons being the dumb hicks they are, can't 'parse' that.

They need ZeroHedge and Tugger Carlson to pour the simple words right into their thick skills.

Mueller has three charges, one of which is coordinating with the Russians and another any other matters that arise. Legally, one is not inferior to the other. The third has to do with his authorities as special counsel.

If Donald Trump and Donald Trump Jr. and/or Eric Trump broke Federal Law pursuant to DoJ Order No. 3915-2017, Mr. Mueller is obligated to charge them. No such charges have been filed. Therefore, President Trump and his Sons cannot be discussed in the September 17 trial you keep referring to. They are not on trial. Maybe if you were a US Citizen you might better understand US law, perhaps?

Hey trading coaching peddler, maybe if you were not a genius Soybean trader, you would know that Mueller is not obligated on charge anyone on your timetable.

Just like you didn't become a professor because you went to college, you are not some lawyer either when you don't understand that unless Trump and his criminal team is cleared by Mueller's final report, you cannot declare that there was no collusion or any such delusion.

So keep trying and keep hoping that defending these criminals on a public forum was worth it.

Now go long on Soybean to show them 'radical left' how its done because that's how trading works- just like how you figured out the legal system when evidence is not made public in an ongoing investigation means there isn't any evidence.

  5. Collusion is absolutely the standard. No original charge of collusion to open the Special Counselor door, this trial doesn't even exist.

So only 75 years in prison, not 150. Def good news for Manafort.
    Guilty on 1-5, tax fraud.

    Here were the charges:

    (A) Failing to report foreign bank accounts: 4 counts @ max 5 years each

    (B) Bank fraud: 4 counts @ max 30 years each

    (C) Conspiracy to commit bank fraud: 5 counts @ max 30 years each

    (D) Subscribing to a fraudulent income tax return: 5 counts @ max 3 years each

    Conviction: One (A), two (B), five (D). 5 + 60 + 15 = 80 years max.

Bonus: His next trial starts in like two weeks.

  9. Sad day for America. If there was any doubt we are now a full fledged Banana Republic. This was nothing but a show trial to appease the leftist mob. Now we enter an era of taking down political opponents with fabricated charges, blatant corruption and open colluding between government agencies, leftist media and the democratic party at large. A true victory for the fascist left.

Oh yes... says the guy who lives in his brother's basement. Top-shelf legal commentary here. Collusion isn't a crime--conspiracy is.
