To the contrary, everyone- both left and right- has said that he has feverishly looked for collusion (not a crime anyway) since the beginning. But looking is not the same as finding.

Perhaps you heard people saying that he was not investigating collusion in the one place that we know that it occurred- in Camp Hillary? That, then, would be a true statement.
