    The only difference is those 007 movie villains are multi-billionaires or trillionaires even, the likes of Warren Buffet. They don't just escape in a little scooter, they actually escape in a completely enclosed underwater submarine pod that can stay under the water for days while traveling at the speed of a race car, not like under the water for 30 min. and travels at 4 mph. :D
