Brenton Wade Shadden was charged after he allegedly hit the two deputies with the handle of a toilet plunger when they responded to a domestic dispute at his home Monday morning. One deputy was taken to the hospital, but has since been released. Both deputies have recovered. Only in Texas would these charges be filed.
