I knew it was going to move big one way or the other. I thought that it would move up. It was forming a triangle and the price was strong all day indicating that the earnings report might be good. Well, it was good, but they did not cost cut. Maybe someone got a hold of the earnings, but not the losses. Who knows. Cant win them all. However, it would be a mistake to "stay away". Investors were willing to bid this thing up the last 3-6 months and they will be ready to buy in again at some point. There are countless stocks that have sold off strong in the past and have made excellent buys when they did. So we will now try to find our pivot which might take a day, several days or weeks. 498k in afterhours is not a strong selloff when you consider it trades at 2.4 million average volume per day.
