As 12 months come to pass, I only hope that I can increase the intensity and immerse even deeper into the process. With so many fellow journeyers keeping journals and with your excellent real time Ghost Thread, there is a lot of momentum right now. This has been very helpful.

I am learning the importance of simplicity. The momentum break/new momentum/retest/new momentum sequence of the SLA is simple but not simplistic. Detractors discount it as some sort of Mickey Mouse pattern method. If they would only see how good it is at assessing conditional probabilities.

Place in the SLA for trend, mix in some good Reversal entries, let it simmer using larger mean reversion context and you got yourself a good stew going.

I have always admired the way you approached this issue, and I knew that you were gonna have a breakthrough pretty soon, don't worry about staying longer. With what you know by now, making the modifications to get there is gonna be very easy.

Although I exited pattern land, there are still plenty of things that past right by me, I wish you the best. During the last month I have been able to watch behavior in the 5 tick and it has been a major eye opener and fear reducer. Lets see where I end up.

Whenever and if you feel ready we will be more than happy to have you around in the chat. You have an honorary persistency membership.

I look forward to seeing how you use this analysis to manage your adverse movement. The thing is that you have gathered the stats during replay and not through a static backtest - you are developing the intuition in addition to the reality check of the stats. Thank God for Sim. Wyckoff never had it this good. :)

Yes there is a reason. I was feeling too pleased with myself on having taken the break from the hinge just before the Open. Normally, I am quick to exit around the Open zone, because the adverse energy potential is so high, along with the opportunity cost.

So the poor decision making at the Open colored my thinking for the rest of the session. I could not recover, as seen by my hesitations as well as the early profit taking on trades.

The thing I did do well was show some control on Reversals.
