Show me the trader that borrowed big from the local loan shark to trade and his stop loss is his pistol he keeps loaded next to his keyboard (don't try this at home)- or someone driving a taxi while trading. Those are the real deal hard core traders that I want to know more about. Who cares about some kids right out of school with no skin in the game being hand held & wined and dined like they are are on a date - what is that?
The students seem to be from small towns or the countryside and are starry eyed around the supposed big shot mentors. I've watched the previous ones in Thailand and Brazil but this time I felt sorry for these "mentees" as they probably worked many hours just to afford this "course". Just as @globalarbtrader said, all the information they sell is available for $50 or even for free online.
That's how you make money these days, prey on people's ignorance and lack of knowledge. Like I said, I liked the British reality show "Million Dollar Trader" better. At least in there, "mentees" they hired were not required to come up with any of their own capital upfront so they are just focused on trading.
"Instagram model by day, Stripper/Escort by night. She's a working mom of 5 kids with a coke habit to feed. But she's also a Harvard grad with a PHD in molecular biology flipping 100 lots of Brent on her mobile phone via TD Ameritrade."
That was bait. Nowadays they hook. A marketing technique used since the cave age. Anyone who does such a show is a loser in the trading department. Else they would not do such a show. That includes this Anton guy as well.
Exactly. The whole thing is such a scam, it's unreal. I referenced the Velvet Jones School of Technology as another example of promotional material (at least it's funny: goo.gl/vk2PTF )
You should watch the whole thing, ALL the way through. The whole show is more entertaining than just an excerpt.
