    Yesterday it was G.

Today it was XOM and DD.

So much for a "fair and orderly market"!

  3. did you see that shit !!!!!! (G) prints 1.5 million at .05 (-.60)!!! showed an imbalance of 1.2 million to buy... LOL LOL LOL

  4. Come on people...they publish an imbalance of 5 million shares, a fund sees it, says "hmm, last day of seasonality, market's been up for 8 straight days, let's sell 7 million shares" - the 5 million did trade, just at lower prices. It happens, it seems to suck, but it's just trading.

    Have a good weekend,

The XOM move made sense (~5M shares to buy, ~8M closing prints, -0.5% gap), but does anyone know why there was so much stock for sale? XOM occasionally has 1-2M at expiration, but nothing like this.

I feel bad for anyone that played the G imbalance. I'm guessing too many people faded it?

(please leave the specialist conspiracies at the door - I'm looking for substantive contribution)

G breaks my heart but like don saids its just trading.

  7. When was the last time a MOC actually worked?

  8. LOL that's exactly what I'm thinking.

Come on guys, this is a cut throat market. A played out strategy like imbalances has day traders & hedge fund maggots jumping all over it like flies on cow dung. Where is the edge?
