1. hey moron... you wrote this... "Coaches can be let go for any reason without recourse -- and regularly are" Now you understand that was a big lie and you can not be fired for any reason without recourse. --- 2. And by the way... you are still a moron.... and lied again. you are confusing an at will framework... vs a coach employed under an employment contract... you are a total fucking idiot -- out of your depth by a mile. 3. And just so we all know what you believe? What is the Federal Law with respect to vaccination status? Is that law set by the DOJ? or will it be up to the Courts or state and Federal legislatures to decide? What if State Law is passed and the Federal Law remains what it is? --- and... Do you even comprehend what a douchebag you are acting like you can tell us the law and how cases will turn out... and you don't even have a law license and you have not even seen the employment contract? In my opinion while some licensed attorneys might give you a written opinion on whether you can be fired based on vaccination status.... almost everyone of them would put all sorts of caveats in their opinion letter as the area is not a well settled area of the law.
Thanks for confirming Buy1Sell2 is mentally ill. We already know he has no expertise. Facts matter --- it is time for COVID-deniers to be placed in the dustbin of history along with their fantasies.
Keeping the discussion here on fact..... https://covidusa.net/ Reports the Covid mortality rate in the US @ 1.8% of “known” cases. That is a .1 uptick from last month. The questioned assertion by GWB was that Delta had a 1.7%. I have looked all over for specific Delta figures, haven’t found them. Tis why I asked. Specifically I’d like to see the Delta breakdown of hospitalizations, severe sickness percentages in unvaccinated covid patients along with age filters.
So the CFR went up in the U.S. where over 90% of the recent cases are Delta. Not good news. The actual CFR for the unvaccinated population is higher -- but since over 99% of the hospitalizations in the U.S. are unvaccinated the 1.8% figure will effectively serve as a representation of the current situation collective over time. Let's take a look at death rates with Delta in a generally unvaccinated population -- which gives a true indication of the impact of Delta. Death rates soar in Southeast Asia as Delta variant fuels major new COVID wave https://www.latimes.com/world-natio...th-rates-soar-southeast-asia-coronavirus-wave
Anecdotal at the moment. We don’t know the reasons for the .1% uptick. And we’ve discussed the CFR in unvaccinated, it dropped below 2% before the vaccine came out. Treatment for covid is lightyears from the early stages of the pandemic. I’d like to compare the hospitalization and severe sickness percentages in vaccinated to unvaccinated patients, but none exist. At least I haven’t found them. Imo the powers that be don’t want them published. Israel and the UK will be a good indicator for the US once it’s fully vaxxed. But the figures coming out of those countries arn’t the rosy picture the MSM is painting here.
Top comment It is an experimental Injection not a vaccine so I understand why many people are reluctant to have it. Everton star Fabian Delph shares an anti-vaccine post on his Instagram, as Government push for ALL Premier League players to be jabbed by October amid fears of low take-up by top-level footballers https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/s...Delph-shares-anti-vaccine-post-Instagram.html
Experimental injection? Astrazeneca is used by the EU and U.K. -- it has full approval in these countries. Oxford/AstraZeneca Covid vaccine given full approval by EU regulator https://www.theguardian.com/world/2...neca-covid-vaccine-full-approval-eu-regulator Stop pushing nonsense.
I don’t agree with this. Many credible experts (not kooks) believe we are underestimating the total number of infections and only capturing the true number in fractions. So we are never going to have an accurate CFR. The hospitalizations to death is a better metric to understand mortality among the severely symptomatic. We’ll most likely not have a good CFR due to the nature of Covid. And I get this is something the weirdos on this board are going to grab onto but they don’t understand the importance of not running our healthcare system and the general health of the population into the ground. Death is important but it isn’t the only metric of importance. Widespread Covid has incredible economic and public health detriments.
