Just tossing this out there because I'm noticing a trend in my trading that I'm not sure is healthy or not. But do you folks find yourself mainly doing one side, say the majority of the time going long? Lately I've notice that I tend to do well going short than long. I trade currencies, metals and sometimes eminis. My holding period is max a day, but mostly a couple of hours. Is this something to be concerned about? My fear is that I may start to build in an automatic preference to go short because my past performance has been well doing that. But I know that's blinding me. Perhaps I'm making a big thing out of nothing. Anyone else face a similar situation, and if so how did you deal with it? Hope everyone's having a good quarter.
