The violence in our inner cities is definitely cultural. I dont see poor Asian communities engaging in such violence and crime. That is a fact !

I believe in 1960's, gov't gave out 13 items like cheese, milk, veggies, hamburger etc so if you didn't know how to cook-you learned. There was limited welfare.

Why not instead poor eat at government building full meals and hire for preparing instead of EBT. If you need welfare, you drop kids off at daycare and grab a bag and pick up litter, get rid of paint on buildings in their neighborhoods.

Legalize drugs to be sold like in Colorado with high taxes and thereby stop wasting huge sums of stopping it. Other countries legalize it.
