So a marine chokes a homeless person because we are sending money to Ukraine.. call us when you get to the part of the fault lying with the marine choking the unarmed guy on the train and you jump off that crazy tangent train...
Making this an issue of race is racist. And, you are trying to smear Marines and Maga with an issue you've decided is racist. What you're doing is actually worse than just racism. You are inciting violence against Marines and Maga about things they have not done. The kinds of people who suffer from your brand of racism will include people on public transportation. There is at least one person you've sought to ban from this site on the basis of racism. Why should you also not be banned for this comment?
this clown had no business applying a choke hold. Anyone that's done a carotid choke knows it's a sub-10 sec deal: https://videos.dailymail.co.uk/vide...21249393/1024x576_MP4_7734245222021249393.mp4
So you have nothing to say about a guy choking someone to death on the subway...he has no responsibility at all for his actions...but we should instead talk about and blame immigration and Ukraine as a deflection...and I am ignorant?
You felt threatened? Did he have a knife? Did he assault you or anyone? Nope. A noisy annoying guy on a subway in NYC. That's part of the jungle here. No reason in the world to take his life. None. This is about a entitled asshole who can't handle big city noise.
Aggressive. How? You ever been to NYC. Unless he lays hands on you then "aggressive" is subjective. Guy could have been rehearsing a scene in his head from the sopranos. " When he walked into a subway car on 2 May, Neely complained of hunger and thirst, according to Mr Vazquez, who posted a video of part of the incident on his Facebook page. He wrote that Neely was yelling and said he was tired, didn’t care whether he went to prison, and was ready to die. He said Neely threw his jacket to the floor of the train car before another passenger grabbed him in a headlock. "
Everybody is jumping to conclusions. I agree with Eric Adams on this. Let's wait and see when all the evidence comes in. If Neely appeared to be a threat then a chokehold could be justified. Looks like he overdid the chokehold (which could lead towards manslaughter charges), but keep in mind, this is a civilian, not a police officer (so he can't be expected to have adequate training for these situations). Neely was no harmless individual (had 44 prior arrests), but we have to find out more about what his behavior on the subway was and if physically restraining him was justified. I heard he might have been making threats and throwing garbage at people.
