China will always remain a third world country due to its form of government. Just because GDP and global exports are such large numbers does not give them some elite status to overcome their fucktardedness in the political and social arena. China has one of the longest histories and one of the most influential cultures on global arts and sciences up there with Greece/Rome but it took just since 1949 for them to turn all that to shit.
