Yes, she was great because she did her job quietly and didn't whine and bitch like some hormonal teenager.
She was not great, is not great, and never will be great. The biggest accomplishments she has are she helped install the Muslim Brotherhood into Egypt and overthrowing Gaddafi, both of which were huge failures. Interestingly enough, when Trump was negotiating with the North Koreans, one of the key hurdles that Trump had was trying to explain away Hillary's failed Libya policy.
