That clip epitomizes why this Country is so f'd up.

The SEC execs would explain everything BUT why they fucked up.

    Blow sunshine, all day long.

No one takes accountability anymore. No one answers straight questions. Everyone evades, wordsmiths and spins 7 ways from Sunday.

Perception is everything. The truth and forthrightness is something to be avoided at all costs.

    Why is that?

  4. How long have we been saying this. It's democracy in action. You have to everything fall apart to get listened to.

Linda Thomsen is a criminal. All she's lacking is a conviction. Krietman is still there. Berger is making millions in a law firm. Arlen Specter accused them of perjury on Dec 6, 2006. They had to wait? If they got rid of Thomsen, maybe someone would have pulled the trigger on Bear back in the summer of 07. She hit them with a 300,000 dollar fine because the compliance guy was on scholarship from the SEC.

    Nice, eh?

Most people who worked at the SEC wanted a job on Wall Street eventually. They were not eager to make enemies there.
