Ive heard that hes started collecting money from inmates promising a couple of % a month. Minimum start is $10, but he'll take cigarettes or anything else of value.

But do they let them take it back to their cells? I figured that was for consumption in the cafeteria. Then again I guess he is in "Club Fed".

Prisons are full of CRIMINALS! Many are creative and all have a lot of time on their hands, they will find various ways to bend or break the RULES.

I think it would be interesting to read about some of the various enterprises they have in operation.
