Actually thank you for getting me to reflect. In fact, when we talk about education, to acquire critical thinking, most think in terms of university. The truth is: education can be acquired through different ways - for instance the "hard knocks" is the best type of education if the person survives, but also the harshest with the lowest survival rate. So no, not all university education is the same: some are better at getting people to acquire a certain set of skills than others. Also, university education is not enough: there are all the "soft" skills, that are often missing.
