Last of what I read about Soros and other global hedge funds types was that macro-directional speculation had become too risky an endeavor. Was wondering how active those kinds of funds are in the markets these days, especially in light of the dollar.
there are still macro hedge funds out there. The ones that blew up took too much risk, just like the every other fund that blows up.
