  2. I scored a 62 but i believe all of the 'machiaveli' scores i made were based on what i have as a matter of fact observed in (some)other people, not what i respect or consider acceptable, for myself or others

    1=strongly disagree, 2=disagree, 3=neutral, 4=agree, 5=strongly agree

    1) Never tell anyone the real reason you did something unless it is useful to do so.
    1 2 3 4 5

(part of this can be interpreted in whether you believe in explaining yourself AT ALL when it is not necessary, as opposed to just maintaining your privacy)

    5) It is safest to assume that all people have a vicious streak and it will come out when they are given a chance.
    1 2 3 4 5

(the question is safest to assume vs what you really think - you can believe that most people dont have a vicious streak, but how do you know which ones? assume is the key word here)

    6) Honesty is the best policy in all cases.
    1 2 3 4 5

    7) There is no excuse for lying to someone else.
    1 2 3 4 5

    "Do i look fat?"

    self explanatory

does complete honesty = complete morality here?

what if this is a special day for this woman? (then it would be a stupid day to ask, but they do it) what if even if she were better off to lose weight, would this be the day to tell her?

  4. 81 on the dot.

I agree with posters who say morals, or morality as a whole is bullsh*t. The main reason being that most people let their own emotions dictate right and wrong, instead of logic or reason. I try to be as honest as I can, mostly cause I don't usually care enough to bother. But I (and probably everyone else) lie to get out of trouble, or more importantly, to get laid.

However, I have an extreme dislike for individuals that just lie to impress people, when money(some kind of gain) is not involved, I can't think of any rational reason for it. There is no sense in making people think more of you than you actually are, that can only lead to problems. The opposite approach can be much more rewarding...

  5. 82. As I have matured I have realized that the world and life is gray, not the black and white I thought of as a child.

Honesty the best policy always.......right, not. :D

human beings are a blight on the planet, they all lie, cheat, steal.
if global thermal nuclear war wouldn't hurt the animals, I would be all for it.
    so how did I score?

It seems that nearly all of the OP's posts are misanthropic rants. I'm not surprised by your score at all. :D
