M&A deals (event-driven trading strategy)

What is a good source for event-driven trading?
For instance proposed M&A deals?

 

take the terms of the deal..work out the differential when you consider the stock for stock ratio and cash....graph it....put on the spread ...take off the spread...put on the spread tak off the spread...reverse..take it off..put it on..etct etc etc. until you can't squeeze any more juice out of the orange
