Paul receives more support from U.S. military than all Republican candidates combined

Despite numerous Republican candidates attacking Ron Paul over his “dangerous” foreign policy, Lt. Col. Tony Shaffer praised Paul for being the “most accurate” out of all the GOP contenders when it came to his perspective on Iran.

“I think Ron Paul’s perspective or policy on Iran is probably the most accurate of the current GOP candidates,” said Shaffer during an appearance on Fox News, adding that Iran probably already has a nuclear weapon.

As Shaffer points out in the clip, Iran would be committing suicide if it decided to create any kind of pretext for a US/Israeli attack by targeting US military assets in the region. The Iranian economy would almost certainly collapse and Iran would be completely outnumbered and outgunned.

  3. Why should we listen to military experts....oh wait.
  4. And that's his opinion. But as General George S. Patton has pointed out, it is is an "erroneous belief that wars result from logical processes. There is no logic in wars. Madmen produce them. "

This applies in spades to Iran, although you and others probably would prefer to blame America and "think" we're the mad men.
  5. So madmen produce them except when we produce them? Iran has invaded zero countries as far as I know so how many wars can be attributed to Iran?

LOL when was the last time Iran started a war???!
  7. Oh yeah... Iran is such a fine, upstanding member of the world community as the biggest state sponsor of terrorism on earth. It's not just us, almost everyone except Hamas and Hezbollah has sanctions against them. Iran's even been helping out insurgents for years with IEDs to kill our people in Iraq and Afghanistan. Don't you care about that? Or is it all just part of the vast Zionist conspiracy? :p

We get out of Iraq and Afghanistan. Sadaam is dead and so is Bin Laden.

Presto! -- no more Americans killed by Iranian IEDs.

US soldiers are still getting killed in middle eastern locations of deployment - and how did you qualify "iranian IED's" - is that what the MSM told you? If you do a bit of research you will find out where most IED's are coming from.

iran mullahs buy opium through our military command in afghanistan - behind the scenes they love to hold hands together - stop letting the MSM set you up for complete misdirection of reality.
