If u r like that pic of 10-14% i.e you have visible ab definition and u r at 220 pounds (admittedly i don't know your height) that's pretty good. Why would you want to take AAS and try to become even bigger?

Matter of taste, strength is very frustrating, plus I feel smaller than i wished - there's a a funny saying among bodybuilders : "the day you start lifting you sentence yourself to be too small for life" or in this line, although it doesn't apply to everybody. Plus it's not like like i'm all natural at the moment, nor that that I don't lose a few kgs of muscle and water while putting on fat when i stop for a while.Body composition moves pretty fast when either working out hard or not working out at all.
Besides I just checked height at a doctor's office @177.7cm, which means I've started going shorter, another age related drama.
Also it seems it is rather easy to be about as muscular while getting into one's 40s and 50s as in one's youth, but it is much harder to keep or regain youth' strength. Read it several times and noticed the same.

  4. Overall good numbers though, nothing screaming risk factor, even TG is not at abnormally high number and is below 200 by quite a bit. In fact below 150 is considered normal by many "Standards" So two ways to look at it.

One, it is just an anomoly but overall your numbers are good.
Two, maybe increased starch/refined carbs have pushed it up? Not sure about this one because you indicate you are still pretty active. Could be what you ate the previous 2 days before the test despite the fasting. I assume your blood sugar level was also well below 100.

    Thanks for your feedback 85.
BG came @95, Could be lower for sure but I've had similar readings at home for several months, happy it hasn't gone up as that is probably the main risk along increased BP for adults using Growth Hormone.
I'd probably dieted 9 hours before the blood test btw, not sure this would influence TG results.
Sure satisfied with HDL and LDL moving that much in the right direction, surprised the difference is so large from last test. Need to get back to swimming after holidays - but in contrary to weightlifting I'm not improving at all at swimming, which gets frustrating.

Fwiw Monocytes numbers are still on the high end of the range @ 0.76 10 e9/L, there were @78 on the last test, and the HCT @48.6, despite giving blood a month ago (last time @49.2). That's the high end of the normal range, and apparently not the healthier. High HCT are a problem for anyone planning to use AAS btw, steroids users give blood blood as much as they can. it is quite deplorable here as the rules are 400ml max every 3 months. I think in the US it is 500ml every 2 months, with the possibility to give more often using unrelated organizations.
i'd need to look up on the net the meaning of all results, there are 9 small pages of those (9 different test package), but other numbers look well within range. Checked Thyroid, kidney and liver among other stuff.

  6. I would say try another test but on 12 hours fast. I had a nice steak dinner and fasted 12 hours before a blood test but the numbers were still skewed higher than where they were before though no other changes. I cannot say for sure but it was a possibility.

Also 95 BG is fine, it would have been lower perhaps with 3 more hours fasting.
