The following features make sense to compare: 1. how low is the latency? milliseconds, microseconds? 2. co-location offered at which data centers? 3. asset classes supported (equities, options, futures, forex, fixed income) 4. destinations supported 5. fees/commissions 6. provides clearing and reportng services or not? 7.
