If you accept the findings of the study referred to in the OP, then you're suggesting that traders who make money are less intelligent than average. I find myself unable to disagree.

  3. Louisiana pastor asks followers to send their stimulus checks to churches instead of buying food

Tony Spell, the pastor at the Life Tabernacle Church in Central, Louisiana, believes his fellow pastors need your COVID-19 stimulus money more than you do.

TMZ reports that Spell has started a campaign called “#PastorSpellStimulusChallenge” in which followers are encouraged to send money they’ve received from the government as part of the federal stimulus package to evangelists and missionaries.

Spell claims that he and his wife are both donating their personal checks to churches in need instead of using it to pay for food, although he did not initially offer proof of doing so.

“His challenge also doesn’t seem to consider many people are in desperate need of their stimulus money for food, rent or bills,” notes TMZ.
Spell has become a lightning rod for controversy after he defied bans on large-scale gatherings by holding packed services in his church during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Spell also told his followers not to be afraid of dying from the virus, and even said that “death is a welcomed friend” for true believers.

  6. It seems that low intelligence coupled with conservatism is not good for a healthy White House administration.

Mark Meadows has ‘gone from yelling to crying’ in front of Jared Kushner: report

On Thursday, a new report from The New York Times detailed how Mark Meadows, who was a staunch ally of President Donald Trump in Congress within the House Freedom Caucus, has been “overwhelmed” by the stress of serving as White House chief of staff — and that he has been prone to break down in tears.

ABC News goes into more detail about Meadows’ outbursts, and how the job is taking its toll on him.

“Within days of arriving, Meadows has displayed a wide range of intense emotions, multiple administration sources said, raising questions about his management style and his handling of the unique challenges of the being a gatekeeper for a uniquely unpredictable president,” reported John Santucci. “At times Meadows, who is known among colleagues to frequently show emotion, has gone from yelling to crying in front of staffers including the president’s son-in-law and adviser Jared Kushner, according to sources. The sources told ABC News in most cases these interactions involved staffing matters.”

‘I ain’t gonna do a God damn thing you want’: Kentucky GOP lawmaker arrested on DUI stop

On Thursday, the Lexington Herald-Leader reported that a first-term GOP lawmaker was arrested after being pulled over for suspected drunk driving — just hours after the end of the state legislative session.

“Police arrested first-term state Rep. Derek J. Lewis of London early Thursday on a drunken-driving charge,” reported Bill Estep. “Lewis became belligerent and cursed police during the arrest, according to a citation filed by Gary Mehler, an officer with the Laurel County Sheriff’s office.”

“According to the citation, Mehler was responding to a call when he saw a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck sitting against a fence in a ditch,” continued the report. “When he stopped to help. Lewis got out of the truck. He was ‘extremely unsteady’ on his feet, almost falling backwards into the truck, the citation said. Lewis was slurring his words, his eyes were glassy and bloodshot, and his breath smelled strongly of alcohol, Mehler said in the citation.”

Lewis reportedly demanded over and over that the officer contact Laurel County Sheriff John Root. When Mehler declined and asked him to perform a field sobriety test, Lewis said, “I ain’t gonna do a God damn thing you want.”
