I have a relative that uses this. You may want to check it out and compare it to others.

Hi-Health Optim 3® Premier Formula for Ocular Nutrition™, the one and only to have been endorsed by Paul Harvey, is an advanced formula to help maintain eye health. It contains several important nutrients deemed essential to eye health, the most critical ones being:

    • Vitamin C is an antioxidant found in fruits and vegetables. It supports the health of ocular blood vessels.*
    • Vitamin E is an antioxidant that supports age-related eye health issues and protects cells from free radical damage.*
    • Zinc is an essential mineral that helps produce melanin, a protective eye pigment.* Impaired vision has been linked to a zinc deficiency.
    • Ocucel® Lutein Complex contains Eyebright, an ancient botanical herb, antioxidants Bilberry Fruit Extract and L-Glutathione; and the widely researched 10mg of Lutein and 2mg of Zeaxanthin to help support macular pigment levels.*
Research now shows that Lutein in conjunction with other antioxidants helps filter out visible blue light, a major cause of light damage to the eyes. Research suggests a minimum of 6-10 mg per day of lutein from dark green leafy vegetables and other sources is necessary to realize the health benefits of lutein. Most Americans don't consume enough foods rich in lutein in a normal day to promote complete eye health. With Ocular Nutrition, you can get the nutrients to promote eye health.*

  7. Opened at $4, that’s why I miss big up moves in “No news pumps” like INDO because stocks like BCEL remind me selling was best.

  8. Nine hit $8.10 up $4 from yesterday, the $5s I carried over worked well. In that someone buying over 3,000,000 shares in VWAPS kept me intrigued. $500 invested to $2500 not too shabby. I sold and bought the $7.50s.

HUSA hit $16, NINE's stability at $3.3-$3.70 is why I held, same reason why there are a few CTIC calls hanging. Sold my HUSA so posting about it hitting $16 is meaningless.

Edited: To add I had a decent amount of $5cs yesterday of NINE, used part of the gain selling at $.80 to pay to carry.

  10. Played NIO, in at $.60 out $.80. The $20 Calls. About $1, Market wants to go up while call sellers are betting against it.
