A German former beauty queen sued her married financier ex-lover in Manhattan court last year, claiming he promised her an ostrich farm — and all she ended up with was a lousy STD.

Now the ex, Autonomy Capital CEO Robert Charles Gibbins, is firing back in Manhattan Supreme Court papers, saying that onetime Miss Germany International Aline Marie Massel tried to shake him down for money to have an abortion.

Gibbins claims Massel told him she was pregnant in July 2016, two years into their affair.

But his “offers to provide child support were transformed by Massel into an auction in which she held the fetus hostage — if the price was right, she would abort,” say the court papers, filed in response to Massel’s $15 million emotional-distress suit against him.

Massel demanded $4.2 million to terminate the pregnancy, according to Gibbins.

“Aline Massel is a con artist who, over the course of a two-year relationship with Gibbins, repeatedly made materially false statements intended to induce Gibbins to give her large sums of money,” he says in the filing.

Massel, 31, and Gibbins, who is in his 40s, met at the Manhattan restaurant Le Bilboquet in June 2014 and then carried on a whirlwind romance, rendezvousing in Germany, Brazil and New York.

He claims to have paid Massel $30,000 when she faked her first pregnancy in 2014 during the beginning of their relationship, and another $55,000 for a second phony pregnancy.

He acknowledges Massel was actually pregnant in 2016, but does not admit paternity.

Massel has said she did abort the baby in 2016, but only after Gibbins told her “he would not be there for her in any respect if she chose to keep the baby.”

The alleged extortion came after Gibbins gave his girlfriend $100,000 in 2015 so that she could “have a nice summer, play polo and spend some time in Italy,” and another $100,000 a year later to “build a new life,” he claims.

In her original suit Massel paints herself as the victim, saying her lover insisted on having sex without a condom and gave her HPV. Meanwhile, he never delivered on vows to buy them a large estate in Canada and an ostrich farm in Uganda, she says.

But Gibbins counters that a British judge has already dismissed the STD claims as not credible because Massel never submitted medical tests proving the allegation.

Now he’s asking a US judge to toss Massel’s New York case.

In the British suit, Gibbins received a restraining order against his ex-mistress after she confronted him at a London hotel where he was attending a memorial service with his family and shouted that he had “impregnated” her.

Massel’s lawyer, Edward Hayes, said his client turned down a $2 million offer to have an abortion in 2016. He added that her claim was dismissed in the UK only because she wasn’t represented by a lawyer at the time.
