Louisiana Petetion To Withdraw From The Union

  1. This is something I have long advocated.

I don't know why the "progressives" don't embrace it. If they could get rid of a handful of red states, they would have super majorities in congress and a lock on the White House. They could do anythng they wanted, just like in California.

They are always sympathetic to liberation movements in other countries, no matter how disastrous the consequences are for America or its allies. Why aren't they willing to eat their own cooking?

There would be other beneftis to progressives. A smaller US would be less likely or able to throw its weight around in world affairs, thus achieving one of the left's longheld goals. Since most of the pressure for a big military budget comes from red states, they could also cut the Defense budget drastically and no one would complain. Another goal checked off.

And since our resident lefties insist the red states are a financial burden, the slimmed down US would be in a stronger financial position.

Yet they stubbornly oppose giving us our freedom. Maybe we need to get an international boycott started. That worked in South Africa.

I'm not sure how to divy up the states for a new Blue Country and a Red Country. Even in Texas you can see the blue county that is Dallas and the border counties. The democraps are concentrated on the coast, the north east and the big cities.

  7. Thats right, the democrats are in the big cities. The economic activity is in the big cities, meaning that the democrats pay the bulk of the taxes.

Maybe we don't divy it up. The republican house should vote to defund the CDC and let influenza, TB, and aids wipe out a majority of the socialist vermin living in the urban areas. Oh how I wish for a good old fashioned smallpox outbreak.
